RSA signing performance was terrible. The version however is the same, so I wonder if the POWER optimizations there are POWER9 only.

Postgres results lag behind, but the chart shows it was only built at -O2 for some reason. The lack of -mcpu/-march should not be an issue, since the Ubuntu ppc64le gcc is built to target power8 minimum, but the lower optimization level certainly will hurt.
