Transcend SSD370 256GB

The Transcend SSD370 256GB drive was running well with the Flexible I/O Tester when checking on random writes. The performance was right behind the OCZ Vertex 3, which is one of the faster SATA3 SSDs we've tested.

With sequential reads, the Transcend SSD370 performance blew the three other solid-state drives out of the water with much faster results.

The Transcend SSD370 was also delivering fantastic numbers for the sequential write test of FIO with its performance coming on-par with the more expensive OCZ Vertex 3.
