x265 video encoding saw the Tiger Lake laptop coming in slower on battery (both relative to AC power and compared to the Renoir performance) while for Intel's SVT-AV1 video encoder the Tiger Lake laptop saw a larger relative hit to the performance when on battery...

Intel's own Open Image Denoise library that is part of the oneAPI rendering toolkit saw a real drop to performance out of the Dell XPS 13 laptop on battery where as the Renoir performance wasn't as affected.

Likewise for Intel's OpenVKL volume kernel library the Tiger Lake performance saw a much larger relative hit to the performance at this point than the mid-range Renoir laptop that was delivering about the same level of performance.

For the Python scripting performance, the Ryzen 5 4500U delivered basically the same performance regardless of power source while the Core i7 1165G7 was indeed much slower.
