Spectre Mitigation Performance Impact For Intel's Rocket Lake

I/O workloads like LevelDB with recent Intel CPUs tend to see minimal to very minor performance differences these days from the still relevant kernel mitigations, at least not nearly as bad as the older generations of processors that were much more exposed.

Likewise, network latency differences are very minor to nil for the newer Intel CPUs with hardware mitigations.

With only a few of the sub-tests did the Intel Core i9 Rocket Lake processor see any measurable difference to the OpenJDK Java benchmarks carried out.
