Windows 10 vs. Ubuntu 20.04 Linux Performance On The AMD Ryzen 7 4700U

The LeelaChessZero AI chess benchmark when using OpenBLAS was performing faster on Windows than Linux, another surprise compared to what we are used to seeing in other comparisons.

Lzero though with its Eigen back-end saw Ubuntu outperforming Windows 10.

With the OpenJDK 11 Java performance on Windows 10 and Linux, surprisingly Windows 10 was securing several more victories than what we are used to seeing when benchmarking Windows vs. Linux on desktops and server platforms.
