Perl on Windows via Strawberry Perl was much slower than Perl on the tested Linux distributions.

The Linux distributions had a slight advantage with the libjpeg-turbo benchmarks over Windows.

Clear Linux continues offering very stellar PHP performance compared to the other Linux distributions and especially Windows 10.

Running several common Git sub-command operations was several seconds faster on Linux than Windows, though W10Privacy tweaks helped boost the I/O performance.
