With Unigine Valley, the OpenGL performance between Windows and Linux was closer -- Windows was faster at 1080p but the Linux driver had the advantage at 1440p and 4K. But the D3D11 Windows performance comes out ahead in those higher resolution tests.

For the Xonotic open-source OpenGL-powered game that is of similar quality on both Windows and Linux, the RadeonSI Gallium3D performance beat out the OpenGL Radeon Software Windows driver by a long shot.

For workstation OpenGL visualizations with ParaView, the Linux driver was leading in several tests while in other scenarios the performance was tied.
