Radeon RX 550: AMDGPU-PRO vs. DRM-Next + Mesa 17.2-dev

Similar to what we've been seeing on other AMD hardware, the pure open-source driver stack can be much faster than AMDGPU-PRO.

On this Polaris 12 GPU, the margins by which the RadeonSI Gallium3D driver was beating AMDGPU-PRO was somewhat surprising.

Perhaps the AMDGPU-PRO 17.10 RX 550 support is just in bad shape? Whatever the case, great to see how well the open driver is performing. If it's a matter of tuning or early enablement bugs with AMDGPU-PRO, that's a pity considering how infrequent AMD releases AMDGPU-PRO Linux drivers.
