With SHOC's FFT single-precision test, we see AMDGPU-PRO is performing much better than the current ROCm-based OpenCL implementation...

While in a test of maximum single-precision FLOPS, there wasn't much of a difference for the RX 460/480 Polaris performance while the R9 Fury did better with AMDGPU-PRO.

At least for this initial OpenCL developer preview in ROCm 1.4, the AMDGPU-PRO 16.50 driver stack appears to be delivering better performance.
