Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.0 RC1 and Oracle Linux 7.0 Beta 1 (also based off RHEL7) with the XFS file-system by default showed minor performance advantages for the PostMark mail server benchmark.

The Parboil performance was relatively unchanged when comparing Oracle Linux 7.0 Beta 1, RHEL 7.0 RC1, and Fedora 20, but the performance is a huge advantage over Oracle/CentOS 6.5 with its older GCC compiler in some of these performance tests.
