In some of the synthetic tests there were significant OpenGL performance improvements to note with the latest state of RadeonSI.

When taking the geometric mean of all the OpenGL tests run, the Radeon RX 580 ended up being about 16% faster with the latest Git code compared to the state of Ubuntu 18.10 last year. The Radeon RX Vega 64 average was less at 5% but in some of the game tests there were much larger wins.
