RDNA2 RADV vs. Radeon Software PRO

If taking the geometric mean of all these Vulkan API benchmarks across the three Radeon RX 6000 series graphics cards tested and four Vulkan driver configurations, RADV (with NGG culling) did come out the fastest. However, AMDVLK 2021.Q3.4 did finish strong on the RX 6700 XT / RX 6800 XT graphics cards too -- effectively at a tie overall, but largely brought up by its great performance with Shadow of the Tomb Raider. Hopefully the next AMDVLK code snapshot will officially enable the Radeon RX 6600 XT support.
