During the benchmarking process, the Phoronix Test Suite was also monitoring the GPU core temperatures and system AC power consumption via a WattsUp Pro.

On a performance-per-Watt basis, this Polaris card is still noticeably behind the Pascal GTX 1050 series in efficiency.

In the Xonotic game favoring RadeonSI, the perf-per-Watt does come in line with the GTX 1050 series.

But in most other Linux games, the performance-per-Watt of the RX 560 is behind the GTX 1050 and sometimes even the GTX 950 series.
