While OpenMandriva 4.1 started off the Java benchmarks with a win in the Java-based DaCapo Benchmark, in other sub-tests and other Java tests its performance was basically in the middle of the road for the Linux distributions tested. Using the packaged OpenJDK version on each platform, there wasn't much of a difference on OpenMandriva between the x86_64 and Znver1 performance.

Likewise with the GIMP binaries on each platform, the GIMP performance under OpenMandriva 4.1 was basically in line with the other Linux distributions. The Znver1 spin of OpenMandriva provided basically the performance here as their generic x86_64 operating system.
