With this new means of CoolBits overclocking for Fermi GPUs and newer, it's more difficult to see if the overclocking is actually working... All of the values tested in this article applied to each of the graphics cards, but in looking at some of these results, there was minimal benefit from the applied frequencies. The only graphics card that seemed to be responding well to the increased frequencies via CoolBits for Linux was the GeForce GTX 780 Ti.

The GeForce GTX 780 Ti continued to overclock well but hardware like the brand new GeForce GTX 750 Maxwell didn't seem to either reach the offset maximum frequencies or there were other CoolBits issues.
