Next up are benchmarks comparing the Tegra X1 in the SHIELD Android TV to the systems doing our Linux performance-tracking work, which ranges from Xeons and Opterons to old AMD Phenoms and all sorts of low-power Intel devices. All of the system hardware/software details can be found via this OpenBenchmarking.org result file.

With the FFTE benchmark, the Tegra X1 performance was exciting... This SoC that consumes less than 10 Watts was beating out older CPUs like the Core i3 3217U Ivy Bridge, Core 2 Duo P7350, Phenom 9500, etc. It was also beating out relatively modern low-power x86 hardware like the Atom E3825, Athlon 5150/5350, and the A10 Micro-6700T.
