Across a wide selection of games, overall, there was minimal impact from using the GNOME Wayland session with the NVIDIA 510 series driver.

From my testing thus far the NVIDIA 510 series driver with Ubuntu 22.04 daily has been working out very well and hopefully will be the default configuration come April. More NVIDIA Wayland tests will continue at Phoronix.
