Total War: WARHAMMER at 1080p was faster on NVIDIA Linux than AMDGPU+RadeonSI Linux. The overhead here with the GTX 1060 was 14% lower frame-rates while the GTX 1080 and RX Vega 64 were both 19% lower frame-rates on Linux while the RX 580 comes in with 37% lower performance on Linux.

While running this game at 4K, the Windows vs. Linux frame-rates tighten up a bit and when it comes to Radeon vs. NVIDIA it's a competitive race.

Those are the latest numbers I have this weekend. Other end-of-year Linux driver benchmarks and analysis are still being worked on with your support.
