Testing Out The Major Nouveau libdrm Rewrite

When OpenArena 0.8.8 was running with the NVIDIA 295.40 binary driver, the CPU usage was twice as high as when using the Nouveau driver on the same hardware.

While the OpenArena 0.8.8 performance was the best with the NVIDIA binary driver, besides the elevated CPU usage the system power consumption was about 23% higher when running this open-source game.
