NVIDIA vs. Nouveau Linux Driver Performance With Extra Kepler Re-Clocking Patches

With the very basic OpenArena game, the open-source performance was generally half the speed or less of the proprietary driver.

With the Tesseract open-source game, the GTX 680 and GTX 760 were performing rather close to the speed of the proprietary NVIDIA driver. With the GTX 780 Ti there still seems to be some re-clocking woes with the performance not up to par, but I have sent over that GTX 780 Ti video BIOS to Karol Herbst to see what discoveries may come about.

The GTX 750 Ti performance is the worst due to re-clocking not working for this first Maxwell GPU.
