A look at the overall AC power consumption for each of the systems while running Metro 2033 Redux... The Phoronix Test Suite was reading the system power consumption via a USB-based WattsUp Pro power meter.

When it came to the performance-per-Watt then for this game on Ubuntu Linux, if going by raw numbers the Radeon HD 6450 and HD 6570 delivered the best numbers, but their performance of Metro 2033 Redux was a wreck as with all of the AMD Radeon cards on Catalyst 14.12 for Linux. Even if Catalyst 14.12 wasn't having issues with Metro, the HD 6450/6570 would still fall below the minimum requirements really needed to play these 4A Engine games. With the NVIDIA graphics cards, the Maxwell-based GeForce GTX 970/980 graphics cards stood out to no surprise followed by the original Maxwell cards, the GeForce GTX 750 series.

Here's the GPU temperatures while running the Metro 2033 tests, for those interested. However, there isn't too much to directly conclude from these results given the cards are a mixture of engineering/review samples and retail units from various AIBs.
