Radeon Windows 10 vs. Linux RadeonSI/RADV Gaming Performance

Next up are some of our older and lighter cross-platform test cases that were facilitated on Windows 10 and Ubuntu Linux via the Phoronix Test Suite benchmarking software.

With the OpenArena OpenGL 2.1 / ioquake3 era game, the RX 480 and R9 Fury were faster with RadeonSI Mesa 17.1 on Linux than with Windows 10 using the latest Radeon Software release.

With the more demanding Unigine Heaven test case, I was rather surprised to see how close the RadeonSI performance was to the Windows 10 OpenGL performance.
