The HITMAN Linux port by Feral Interactive and rendered with OpenGL is another one of the extreme cases where RadeonSI Gallium3D performs extremely well against the NVIDIA proprietary OpenGL driver.

But when moving to Hitman 2 which is running on Linux under Steam Play and using the Vulkan drivers via DXVK, the NVIDIA vs. AMD ordering is back to how we would normally expect. Even though not a landslide victory for the open-source AMD graphics stack like with the original HITMAN, the performance out of this Windows game on Linux is still very good for both drivers.
