Linux 5.4 Radeon Performance Rises Slightly Higher With Bulk Moves Enabled

From this early bulk moves testing, the newest Linux 5.4 kernel was providing a very slight improvement on top of the already faster performance from switching over to the ACO compiler back-end. Granted, ACO isn't required for the bulk moves support or anything, was just a matter of this testing being continued from yesterday.

With the case of Strange Brigade, the minimum frame-rate tended to be better on the RX 580 and RX Vega 56 with this bulk moves support.
