Linux 4.15 I/O Scheduler Tests: BFQ, CFQ, Kyber

When it came to our basic SQLite benchmark, CFQ was yielding faster performance than the other I/O schedulers benchmarked.

CFQ was also doing the best with random write performance in FIO.

With sequential reads there wasn't any difference except in the case of the I/O scheduler being disabled was much slower.

While CFQ was running the best on this laptop SSD with the FIO sequential write performance.
