The power use when running FIO disk tests across the span of the last 19 major kernel series.

The past few kernels were a bit rough on the performance-per-Watt but with Linux 4.9 it's back near the top.

With sequential writes, the power efficiency is lower on the newer kernels than Linux 3.11~3.14.
