Linaro 12.12 Enhances ARM Linux Performance

While Arch Linux loses out on many of these ARM Linux performance benchmarks, at least it does have a competitive advantage when it comes to compilation speeds, at least for building out the PHP software package.

The C-Ray multi-threaded ray-tracer has known x86/ARM performance improvements due to better code generation out of GCC 4.7, which explains the nice performance boost out of Linaro 12.12 compared to the October 12.10 release.
