The BioShock Infinite OpenGL Linux port was delivering about the same average frame-rate but with the new Gallium3D driver did have a slightly higher minimum and peak frame-rate.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive did deliver a slightly higher frame-rate with the Iris driver.

The native port of DiRT Rally did see better performance with the Gallium3D driver at low quality settings but when increasing to medium quality, it dropped behind the classic driver. However, with medium quality 1080p settings, neither driver could deliver a playable frame-rate with the Skylake Intel Iris Pro 580 graphics.

The DiRT Showdown performance was similar between the drivers.

Dota 2 meanwhile slightly favored the classic driver, but then again most Dota 2 players on Linux are likely using the Vulkan renderer these days.
