Intel RC6 Support On The Sandy Bridge Desktop

When running at 800 x 600, the frame-rate went up by 10 FPS (a 20% improvement) while moving up to 1920 x 1080 the difference was only 3 FPS or a 17% improvement. Across the four tested resolutions, having RC6 enabled boosted the Sandy Bridge desktop graphics performance by an average of 18%.

Xonotic, the Nexuiz successor, also averaged an 18% boost in the rendered OpenGL frame-rate with RC6 flipped on.

The more-demanding-than-Nexuiz Doom 3 game also benefited a great deal from RC6 flipped on. On average this game's frame-rate was up by 13% from the simple change.
