With the Xeon E5-2687W v3 it's possible to build the Linux x86_64 kernel in a default configuration in under 40 seconds.

The CPU temperatures weren't far off between these 140 and 160 Watt TDP CPUs.

The C-Ray ray-tracing benchmark is another test that scales especially well and thus portrays the Xeon E5-2687W v3 especially well compared to the two other CPUs at 16 threads.
