The Flexible I/O Tester workload did not benefit from the AES-NI feature, but at least it did not regress with dmcrypt as it did with eCryptfs.

While the FIO number may have not been any better, the CPU usage was nearly halved with the aesni-intel results.

Running 12 Dbench clients ended up running some of the workload in RAM based upon the numbers, but using AES-NI had boosted the speed by 24%.
