Testing Out Mesa's GLSL-To-TGSI Translator

It looks like with Nexuiz the GLSL-To-TGSI work may potentially have been trying to pull the frame-rate ahead due to not needing to step through Mesa IR, but the difference was too close to call with not enough data to be certain at this point. With the Radeon X1800XL on R300g and GeForce 9800GTX on Nouveau, there was no apparent difference.

There also was not any large difference in CPU usage when running the Intel Core i5 2500K Sandy Bridge systems.

The GPU usage (in terms of the fence count for the open-source driver) did not present any definitive findings.
