GCC 8.1 vs. GCC 7.3 Compiler Benchmarks On Five AMD/Intel Linux Systems

While under the GraphicsMagick program, the two Skylake systems saw performance improvements while the three other systems were mostly flat.
The Hiemno pressure solver also saw some performance improvements with GCC 8.
