Examination:

The Func KB-460 keyboard is very well built and durable. The keyboard measures in at 448 x 198 x 33 mm with a weight of 1.25 kilograms. The keyboard feels very durable itself and the keys do too. The key switches are Cherry MX Red linear switches with 2mm responsiveness and require 45 grams of force to register.

On a cursory look the KB-460 doesn't look much like a traditional gaming keyboard as there aren't many extra, dedicated keys found on the keyboard itself but the extra profile and gaming/media functionality is built into the existing key layout. Real-time switching between keyboard profiles is done through the F7 and F11 keys for the different profiles and F12 is the Func key. The F1 through F6 keys when paired with the Fn key provide various media events like volume control and previous/forward. Overall, the keyboard layout is conventional.

Configuring of the keyboard profiles is done through the Func software, which is still sadly Windows-only. Even as other gaming peripheral vendors are now more commonly offering OS X versions of their programs, Func is still only distributing Microsoft Windows software. The keyboard has 128KB of onboard memory for storing these profile configurations.

Behind each key on the keyboard are individual LEDs for key illumination. The keyboard illumination can be controlled via the Fn key and pressing the 2 or 8 keys on the keypad. Thankfully, this keyboard adjustment doesn't require any drivers/programs to control and the LEDs can also be turned off too.

In the upper right hand corner of the keyboard is the num lock, caps lock, and Func Mode LEDs. Along the upper-edge of the keyboard are two USB pass-through ports for connecting a mouse, USB headset, or other peripherals.
