SQLite testing with FreeBSD 11.0 on ZFS ended up being faster than both macOS 10.12 (HFS+) and Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (EXT4).

But FreeBSD 11.0 badly lagged behind macOS and Ubuntu when it came to some of the computational tests such as Fhourstones.

And the OpenMP tests with FreeBSD's Clang compiler not enabling OpenMP support by default.
