Chrome 79 Is Running Past Firefox 72 Performance On Linux

WebRender seems to be running into issues with the latest Intel Mesa stack or Icelake as WebRender is only hurting the performance it seems for this Dell Ice Lake laptop. Normally at least with discrete GPUs when it comes to the likes of CanvasMark we are seeing much better performance out of having WebRender enabled.

Though with MotionMark, WebRender was helping from this Intel Ice Lake powered notebook though Chrome still came out faster.

The CSS-focused StyleBench is one of the other tests where Firefox outperforms Chrome though there isn't much movement between recent Firefox releases.

Chrome 79 squeezes out another lead in the Maze Solver benchmark.
