EXT4 File-System Tuning Benchmarks

This wasn't an exhaustive test of the EXT4 file-system mount options but the main tunables that could impact the performance. Other EXT4 mount options are available via the EXT4 documentation.

The data=journal method most commonly slowed down the file-system performance.
