exFAT File-System Performance On Linux 5.9

With FS-Mark both exFAT drivers yielded lower performance than F2FS and EXT4.

IOR write performance with the exFAT kernel driver was noticeably slower than the rest -- including exFAT FUSE.

PostMark exFAT with the native kernel driver was much faster than FUSE but behind that of EXT4 and F2FS.

If taking the geometric mean for all of the storage tests for this article, the mainline exFAT kernel driver on Linux 5.9 offers 43% higher performance over the exFAT FUSE driver. Still though EXT4 and F2FS were much faster on this USB3 flash drive if performance is more of a concern than cross-OS compatibility. In any case, it's great continuing to see the exFAT Linux kernel driver mature.
