With the local adaptive thresholding task, the results for OpenSuSE and Ubuntu were identical. Mandriva was nearly 50% slower than the other two.

Ubuntu really stole the lead when it came to measuring the Sudoku solving performance with Sudokut, where it was about 33% faster than OpenSuSE, which came in second. Behind OpenSuSE was then Fedora and Mandriva.

Ubuntu was the winner with the dcraw test profile, but the results were rather close.
