Benchmarking Clear Linux With KPTI + Retpoline Support

Starting off with a basic SQLite benchmark, on most systems there wasn't a measurable impact in performance except for the Core i7 4770K Haswell box that is using a slower Crucial SSD.

With the Compile Bench benchmark that measures compiler speed, there was a measurable drop in performance with this latest build of Clear Linux protecting against Spectre and Meltdown.

With the PostMark benchmark as well is a measurable drop in performance, but still at least not close to the "30%" figure some had initially been reporting.
