How Intel's Clear Linux Is Competing Against Late-2020 Linux Distributions

With Intel's oneDNN library for deep learning, Ubuntu 20.10 was the outlier with not much fluctation between the distributions except for Ubuntu 20.10 coming out far behind the rest.

Clear Linux did yield the fastest performance when running Intel's SVT-AV1 video encoder.

VP9 encoding with Intel's SVT-VP9 also ran the fastest on Clear Linux.

Intel's Open Image Denoise was another case where Ubuntu 20.10 was slower than the rest.
