Starting off with the ARES-6 benchmark, Chrome 75 remains much faster than Mozilla Firefox at least on Linux. But at least Firefox 68 is looking to have a sizable improvement for this JavaScript benchmark.

The Octane JavaScript benchmark still heavily favored Chrome over Firefox, but with the 68 Beta release the performance is about 6% faster over the current stable release.

The WebXPRT performance benchmark was flat.

Basemark shows Chrome 75 being much faster than Firefox on Linux. But at least with Firefox 68 the performance has improved by 16%.
