CentOS Stream 9 Improves Performance For Intel Xeon, AMD EPYC

In many of the heavy HPC benchmarks there didn't end up being much of a difference between these modern Linux distributions at play.

While in some cases the default/out-of-the-box CentOS Stream still has room for improvement such as showed by this Xcompact3d benchmark.

One of the areas that has improved nicely with CentOS Stream 9 is better OpenJDK Java performance compared to the stock OpenJDK packages on CentOS Stream 8.
