Switching over to FS-Mark and running the test with 1,000 files of 1MB size, RAID 0/1 both offered around a 30% performance boost.

When it came to running FS-Mark across four threads is where RAID 0 is able to perform well.

For most workloads, the Btrfs configuration with RAID 0 will yield the best results for dual-disk setups. The SSD numbers though when also testing the other RAID levels should be more interesting.
