For the Stream memory bandwidth performance, obviously in the 1P comparison both ARM server platforms are in the same ballpark with eight channels of DDR4-3200 memory while the Ampere Altra 2P configuration yields an expected significant uplift.

Overall the Ampere Altra Q80-33 offered significant performance advantages over the Graviton2 given its higher core count possibilities (depending on model) and higher clock frequency.
