AMD Catalyst: Ubuntu 12.10 vs. Windows 7

When running OpenArena at the native monitor resolution of 2560 x 1600, Linux OpenGL with the AMD Catalyst binary driver was finally faster than Windows. Ubuntu 12.10 had a 24% advantage in this case over the Windows 7 frame-rate.

When testing Unigine Sanctuary at three different resolutions, Windows 7 with the AMD Catalyst driver was much faster than Ubuntu with the Linux Catalyst driver.
