The Qfusion-based Warsow game results were mixed while the Catalyst driver was always noticeably faster except for some very odd behavior with the Radeon HD 6450 graphics card. The Gallium3D performance was 60~76% the speed of Catalyst for these HD 5000/6000 series graphics cards.

Xonotic with low-quality settings at 1920 x 1080 led the AMD open-source Linux OpenGL driver running at roughly 80% the speed of the closed-source AMD Catalyst 13.3 graphics driver.
