For this brief testing on the AMD FX-8150 setup running Ubuntu 11.10, I tested the stock Linux 3.0 kernel and then the Linux 3.1 development kernel at the time with Borislav's patch. This patched 3.1 configuration was tested with unalias_va_addr set to off (disabled), enabled, and then when set to 64 (that the unalias VA addressing is only done on 64-bit).
