Here is the performance-per-dollar based on the hourly spot pricing for the different instances.

To little surprise, the M6g instances were generally offering the best performance-per-dollar. Results on all of the instance types were not available due to some short running tests and paired with the low prices of the bottom-tier instances make it for less than ideal price comparisons, but given Graviton2 being an in-house chip, Amazon is able to offer better pricing.
