The OpenMP-threaded GraphicsMagick image manipulation program was one of the few areas where Windows 10's performance remained much lower than Linux, possibly due to poor OpenMP behavior on Windows or other issue specific to this code-base.

When running Intel's Embree pathtracer, the multi-threaded Windows 10 performance was right behind the Linux performance... Not ahead or even tied with Linux, but at least not running well behind.
